A simple-to-use, Perfect Udder® bag filling system for use on all Dairy Tech, Inc. G-Series pasteurizers!
INCLUDES
- 1x BagFiller Bracket
- 2x Silicone Fill Tube
- 1x Bag Handle
- 1x Valve Clamp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Begin with the Pinch Valve in the “UP” position to prevent flow.
- Make sure the tank is empty before mounting the BagFiller Bracket to the Drain Spout (or mount to butterfly valve), then secure with the valve clamp.
- Remove the cap from your Perfect Udder® Bag, then slide the BagHandle under the shoulders of the bag spout.
- Tilt the BagHandle and line up the bag spout with the white fill tube.
- Lift the bag spout up onto the white fill tube, then insert the BagHandle into the receiver tabs on the Bracket.
- Release the Pinch Valve to initiate flow.
- Reengage Pinch Valve to stop flow when bag is full.
- Lift up on BagHandle to release from receiver tabs.
- Replace cap and secure tightly. The bag is now ready for storage.
- Clean thoroughly after each use.
